"---Scapes"

12:00 pm–4:00 pm

Misho Gallery is proud to present "---Scapes". Chinese landscape paintings have been a pillar in Asian art for over 2000 years and this exhibit features artists who will take us beyond the traditional. Seven Bay Area Asian artists were invited for this exhibition. Amid their different backgrounds, their language of art moves from traditional landscapes, to abstract and even the more esoteric Mindscapes. The artworks transport viewers to another time, place or dimension often evoking feelings of doubt, happiness or serenity. Each piece of art gives us a peek into the artist's "---Scapes" world. This exhibit features emerging and established artists: Shari Arai DeBoer, DiMeng, Rebecca Nie, Yari Ostovany, Leo Pan, Tsungwei Moo, Linda Yao, Xiaomingcao Jin and Zeguang Jin.
